The Board of Governors, as the College's governing body, manages and administers the affairs of the College.
Composition: 21 members - 4 members selected from each of the 4 sectors (2 employee and 2 employer representatives); 4 members selected from the general public (no affiliation with a College of Applied Arts and Technology or a trade); 1 member representing colleges of applied arts and technology.

Divisional Boards - Open Positions
Divisional Boards, one for each of the 4 trade sectors, will provide advice to the Board of Governors on issues relating to trades within their respective sectors.
Composition: 5 Members - 4 appointed directly to the Divisional Board (2 employee and 2 employer representatives) and a one same-sector Board of Governor member who will serve as the Divisional Board Chair.

Current Appointments
A single term of appointment may not exceed three years. An individual may not serve for more than six consecutive years on the roster or the same board, but may be reappointed after a one year break.
